i hear lots of bad things about HFCS, how it is worse than sugar, but i don't understand why. isn't it just like sugar?

I've read that it blocks your body's ability to burn fat somehow. It's a challenge to avoid because it's found in all big name sodas, "ade" drinks, ketchup, BBQ sauce, etc. I'd recommend brewing your own iced tea with a bit of honey for sweetness.
