I have lost 20kilos but I havent got to goal weight I need to lose another 7kilos. The problem is that I stick to eating properly througout the day But after I have eaten my meal at night. I then start eating again. What can I do to stop eating after my meal at night. I am worried that I will put on the weight that I lost. Please help. Regards Barbara
