I have been diligently counting calories, weighing and measuring everything I eat, walking at least 30 minutes a day, 45 minutes of water aerobics, twicw a week, doing 20 minutes of weights 3 times a week. My calories intake is never more that 1200 calories a day. I lost 2 1/2 pounds the first week, 1/2 pound the second and nothing the last two weeks. Whhat am I doing wrong? I eat fruits, vegetables, lean meats, etc... for a balanced diet, but am getting very frustrated. I am 59 years old, female, 5'1" and weigh 164.8. I don't know what else to do!
